Augspurger® Duo 12MF-Sub212 SXE3/3500, PAIR

At only 18” wide, 20” deep and 38" high, Augspurger's® Duo 12MF is an ultra-compact footprint studio reference monitor ideal for tracking, mixing, and mastering, featuring Augspurger's® renowned SXE Series amps with DSP-based tuning capabilities. The free-standing system is a variant of Augspurger's popular Duo 12V 2x12” cabinet design, replacing the Duo 12V's classic Augspurger horn with the Malekpour-designed 30% smaller “MF” horn, which was introduced in 2015 with the Duo 8 MiniMian and continued in early 2016 with the Solo 12MF. This enables the powerful Duo 12 main monitor design to be placed in the midfield zone, closer to the mix position. (Both Duo 12V and Duo 12MF models are concurrently available).

Augspurger's MF Range is designed to fit in smaller control rooms where a traditional soffited mains system would not be possible, and where the distance between the mixer and the mains is tighter. Optional matching subwoofers are available in 1x12, 2x12, 1x18 and 2x18 sizes, expanding the system to a three-way, full-range solution. Wattage is then boosted to 3500W per side.

THREE-WAY SYSTEM

(2) Two-way main monitor cabinets loaded with two 12” LF drivers and one 4’’ high compression driver with beryllium diaphragm on an Malekpour-designed solid maple “MF” (MidFocus) horn.

(2) S212-D12 subwoofer cabinets with two 12” sub drivers each.

(2) SXE3/2500 three-way Class D networkable amplifiers (2500W, 1000W & 250W) with Active DSP providing crossover, limiting, driver alignment and system equalization & control software, rack-mounted.
